The War on Peace's newest progressive, synth-laden track “High Rise Lies” is the first single since their last EP, Automated People, released this past May. The dark, brooding synths drive the energy forward as the band branches out into new territory.
Huffington Post premiered the track.
“High Rise Lies” throbs with pulsating rhythm, while the electro pop melody discharges profound harmonics. And the impassioned vocals cast tension across the sonic panorama. Don’t miss this one.
The single is an early taste of music to come from the trio in early 2018, setting the band up for a big year. They will be heading out on tour in November, leading to their upcoming performance in December at Chicago's renowned Lincoln Hall.
A full release on Spotify and iTunes is due on Friday, October 27th, but until then..
